The Brighton’s Newly Remodeled Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art Precor equipment and facilities to help residents achieve their fitness goals. It features leading-edge cardio, strength and core-training machines, as well as free weights and stability balls. Complimentary gym towels are available. Experienced personal trainers are also available, by appointment, for customized guidance and step-by-step support in achieving individual goals.

The Fitness Center is located in the Lobby adjacent to the Front Desk. The facility is open Monday-Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Locker rooms, steam rooms and shower facilities are available. Call 239-592-5700 Ext. 1 for more information.
