The Maintenance Department, located on the garage level next to the recycling center, is on site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and is on call 24/7, 365 days a year. The Maintenance Staff carries out the Brighton's day to day preventative maintenance duties and makes repairs to the common areas. If you see a maintenance issue in a common area of the property, please call the Front Desk and they will generate a Service Request for the Maintenance Department.
