Maintenance Assessments for the Brighton’s operating expenses and reserve funding are billed quarterly. They are due the first day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). The Association’s insurance is paid annually in March, and is added to the first quarter statements – making the first quarter assessment somewhat higher than the remaining three quarters. Each unit’s share of the Association’s maintenance assessments is based on its proportionate share, calculated by square footage.
