Maintenance Assessments for the Brighton’s operating expenses and reserve funding are billed quarterly. They are due the first day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). The Association’s insurance is paid annually in the Spring, and is divided between the first and second quarter statements – making the first and second quarter fees somewhat higher than the remaining two quarters. Each unit’s share of the Association’s maintenance assessments is based on its proportionate share, calculated by square footage.
