The Management Office, located on the lobby level, is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m on Friday. The Administrative Staff handles all of the on-site management duties of the Association, to include: contract administration, budgeting, accounting, payroll, insurance placement, preventative maintenance, capital projects, property inspections, unit inspections, access control, building and grounds, vehicle and pet registration, complaint resolution, Board of Directors and Committee correspondence, etc. If you have any questions or need information about the Brighton, or its policies and procedures, this is the place to start!
